Our Mission
Women in the Composites Industry (WCI) promotes the education, professional development, and advancement of women to achieve a strong diversified workforce and support a robust composites industry.
The rapid growth of the composites and high performance materials industry holds great promise for many current and emerging market segments. Historically, women have been under-represented in the composites industry. This fact affects not only women in across all disciplines considering a career in composites, but also the composites industry as a whole. It is time to take full advantage of the talents, solutions, and energies of the emerging group of women representing the industry.
Our Philosophy
